Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: When we receive your order, it will be prepared within 1 day and dispatched within 1-2 business days. It will take around 3-5 business days to reach you, however delivery time may vary depending on where in Australia you are based. We will choose the fastest shipping company to send your delivery to you.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: For Australia shipping is on average $10. If your order is over $100 shipping will be free.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Currently we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Q: What if I change my mind or want a refund?
A: Please read Refunds and Returns for more information on refunds.
Q: If I receive my delivery and one of the parts is missing, what do I do?
A: We are more than happy to resolve the issue for you, simply fill out the contact form on the Contact Page explaining the issue and we will respond.
Q: I want to order a particular product but on the website they are all out of stock. When will the item be back in stock?
A: Don’t worry! Sometimes our items are so popular that they sell out very quickly. When we will get the product back in stock depends on shipments times but on average it is normally a couple of weeks. As soon as we have stock available, we update the quantity of products on the website to show they are back in stock, so keep an eye out if there is a particular product you want to purchase or sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.
