Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Australia.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to Australia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. mierEdu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at market@toysfun.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

FAQs
Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: When we receive your order, it will be prepared within 1 day and dispatched within 1-2 business days. It will take around 3-5 business days to reach you, however delivery time may vary depending on where in Australia you are based. We will choose the fastest shipping company to send your delivery to you.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: For Australia shipping is on average $10. If your order is over $100 shipping will be free.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Currently we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Q: What if I change my mind or want a refund?
A: Please read Refunds and Returns for more information on refunds.
Q: If I receive my delivery and one of the parts is missing, what do I do?
A: We are more than happy to resolve the issue for you, simply fill out the contact form on the Contact Page explaining the issue and we will respond.
Q: I want to order a particular product but on the website they are all out of stock. When will the item be back in stock?
A: Don’t worry! Sometimes our items are so popular that they sell out very quickly. When we will get the product back in stock depends on shipments times but on average it is normally a couple of weeks. As soon as we have stock available, we update the quantity of products on the website to show they are back in stock, so keep an eye out if there is a particular product you want to purchase or sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

A: For any other query, please fill out the form on our contact page and we will do our best to respond as soon as we can.
